You Are So Good For Me

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” Jeremiah 29:11

smile from you-001

God wants the BEST for you.

This phrase ran over me yesterday like a steam roller flattening out all my doubts and opposition. God really does have thoughts of peace and love towards us. He dotes over every blessing for us because He’s big enough to take care of the little stuff. I love it!

“Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.” Luke 6:38

God presses all the love and thought He can into His blessings. Can you believe we get to be loved like this? Where else is there a family of people who practice this kind of divine love and divine giving? You do it to me all the time! I get your texts, your notes of encouragement.

You are such a blessing! You help make this walk worth it and a blessing to me. And you are not alone! I am praying for you too. We are not alone, God is standing up for us, His family.

“What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? He that spared not his own son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

Who shall lay anything to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth.

Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?

Shall tribulation,

or distress,

or persecution,

or famine,

or nakedness,

or peril,

or sword?

As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

NAY (NO WAY), in all these (above) things

we are MORE than conquerors through him that loved us.” Romans 8:31-37

That phrase “more than conquerors” is hypernikaō in the Greek, which means “super overcomers”.

The amazing thing about this verse is, it says nothing about our individual successes or failures in our lives. It has everything to do with what God put in us. He put the “super conqueror-ness” in our DNA the minute we believed Romans 10:9-10

“But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” 1 Corinthians 15:57

God is the one who gave us the victory. He knew we couldn’t do this on our own, so He gave us a tool, the gift of Holy Spirit which is our access and where we get all this overcoming ability. That’s why this is so great. If I succeed, it is because of that gift in me.

“Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.” 2 Corinthians 2:14

We triumph, and when we do the knowledge of God becomes known in that place, but like a pebble hitting the pond it spreads out and around us. We can’t help but promote the love and truth of God everywhere we go. And we should GO! 🙂

“And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!” Romans 10:15

When you go, or rather, come into my presence, I am revived, blessed, loved, renewed in my faith. You see? This is why you are sooooo good for me. Thank you. Thank you for being that light to those around you. Sister, and or Brother in Christ, I can’t wait to sit together someday, when we have the time, and talk about this amazing gift and the way you brought it to the world around you. You are a sweet savor or fragrance of God’s knowledge. Keep going. Keep blessing and keep bringing your joy to others.

God bless you today!
